After much wrangling and discussion, we decided to change the name of the fall event for two primary reasons.

1. Our fall get together is a lot less formal than Storm The Mountains and we wanted to treat it more as a gathering of riders than an “event”.  With no vendors, no welcome center, no central location, we wanted the name to mirror just a bunch of folks that get together and have fun!
2. Greg works really hard to get affordable hotels to house everyone, it’s a much bigger task than most people can imagine.  For Williamsburg, we just couldn’t get the rates low enough or in enough volume to give us the warm fuzzies.  So.. we’re moving just up the street to Corbin KY (where we were last year), with plenty of hotels, and the same great roads!
