Photo Scavenger Hunt

When you arrive in the morning, report to the registration table to be assigned to a group.  All groups are *randomly* assigned with a maximum of 7 vehicles to a team (a ride leader + 6 additional vehicles)

Someone (other than the ride leader) will be designated as the Team’s score keeper.  They will have a printed master list of scavenger items. The scavenger list will also be provided on a web page for anyone to see.

As you progress through your ride that day, the team can stop and take photographs containing the scavenger items.

The person holding the printed master list will be the one to keep track of what has been completed and will post all the photos to the STM Facebook page as “evidence” of completion.  Photos should be posted throughout the day (don’t wait until the last minute)!
Note: The Facebook page will be moderated to prevent all the photos from appearing until the end of the day…. we don’t want people “borrowing” your creative ideas!

At the end of the day, all printed lists will be turned into the registration team and tallied to determine the winners.

Be creative, unique and have fun!  The more interesting the photo, the more points!

One person from each team must be selected as the person to post all photo’s on Facebook (this makes it easier to keep score).

Teams must have a minimum of 4 members in each photo, one of which *must* be the ride leader!

All photos must be posted to the Storm the Mountains Facebook Group no later than 5pm (local time) in order to be counted.

Each Team’s score/list sheet must be returned to registration no later than 5:30pm (local time).

Photos containing subjects under the age of 18 are discouraged, but if minors are included, it is the responsibility of the ride leader to get verbal consent from the parent/guardian.

Only one photo per Scavenger item will be counted.  If the photo contains 2 or more scavenger items, you must submit *Different* photos for each one in order to be counted.  Each photo will only be counted once.
