When you arrive

No matter what day or time you arrive, make the Big Stone Gap Visitor’s center your first stop.  IF you are already registered… you need to check in.  If you haven’t registered, we need to get you setup!

RedNecks = Your Friendly Registration staff.  They will be identified with red cooling towels hanging around their neck.  While not riding, you will find them in one of the garage bay doors at the Big Stone Gap Visitor’s center.

Before 5pm
Swing by the Big Stone Gap Visitors Center.  Registration doesn’t officially open before 5pm, but I’m sure a lot of us will be hanging around and visiting!  Look for anyone that has a red towel around their neck (aka, “the rednecks”) and talk to them first!

5pm-7pm
Swing into Goodtimes Coal Fired Pizza right across from the Visitors Center.  Hunt down one of the RedNecks and check in with them!

7pm-9pm
Weather permitting, We’ll be out riding… If it’s raining, swing by the Visitor’s Center, the RedNecks will be there to register and/or check you in!

8am-9:30am
Come down to the Big Stone Gap Visitor’s center and register/check in before lining up for the ride.

9:30am-11:15am
We are out riding, and the visitors center will not be staffed.  You still have time to meet us for lunch!  look at the posted information at the visitors center to get the address… meet us there!  Once you arrive at lunch, be sure to hunt down one of the RedNecks to get registered and/or checked in!

11:15am-5pm
We are on our way back… Hang out at the visitors center.  The first groups should start returning about 4pm or so… When you see the larger groups arrive, there will be a RedNeck in the group… Go bug them to get registered and/or checked in!

5pm-9pm
Swing by the Visitor’s Center, the RedNecks will be there to register and/or check you in!

8am-9:30am
Come down to the Big Stone Gap Visitor’s center and register/check in before lining up for the ride.

9:30am-10:45am
