When you arrive

While walking around you will see folks with cooling towels on their head or around their neck. 

Green
Registration and Check in. While not riding, you will find them in one of the garage bay doors at the Big Stone Gap Visitor’s center.

BLUE
Ride Staff.  Our Mid/Tail Gunners and Cat Herders.  See them if you have questions.

PURPLE
Ride Leaders. See that lost look on their face? they are not lost… just making it an interesting ride!

While there will be fuel stops along most routes.  We *strongly* encourage everyone to start the day with a full tank of fuel.  Due to the size of the groups, it will be vitally important that you top off before lining up.  

Check In & Registration will be located in the “Garage” of the Big Stone Gap Visitor’s Center. 

If you come in late, or join “mid-ride” each group will have someone that can check you in, just find anyone wearing a red cooling towel around their neck!

QR codes will be posted each morning on the Visitor’s Center Garage doors so that you can grab the day’s routes.  This is entirely optional for those folks that like to see when the ride leader gets lost 😉

If you need the routes later in the day, find one of the registration folks in your group, they will have QR codes available for the afternoon segments.

Decide which group you would like to ride with and proceed to line up in their area.  

Skedaddlers-> When lining up, please pull as close to the vehicle in front of you so we can squeeze everyone in.
